Hoof Synbiotin |
FREY HOOF SYNBIOTIN
Optimises the quality of the hoof :
Hoof Synbiotin is a combination of
biologically valuable active ingredients which meets the
nutritional requirements of the horse and contains all
the important elements for a healthy and even growth of
the hoof.
Hoof Synbiotin is the result of extensive research and
is in keeping with
the latest scientific findings. Feeding Hoof Synbiotin
regularly as a supplement guarantees a better quality of
the horn thanks to the optimal synergistic effects of
biotin, DLmethionine (sulphurous amino acid) and zinc.
Moreover, the renewal of the horn is enhanced by
specific calcium salts, predominantly organic trace
elements, a vitamin mix and a concentrate of selected
marine algae. |
|
| |
|
-
Methionine and cysteine
Hoof growth in horses given high proportions of
these sulfur-containing amino acids in combination
with biotin has been shown to be superior to that of
non-treated animals.
-
Zinc
is a trace element that influences skin and skin
organs (including the hoof). Zinc deficiency can
cause changes in the hoof.
-
Vitamin A
A
shortage of this fat-soluble vitamin can make the
hoof brittle. Vitamin A is formed from beta-carotene,
which is found in green plants. In winter, when
animals are fed in the stable, the beta-carotene and
hence the vitamin A supply can be inadequate. Hoof
Synbiotin contains all ingredients required for hoof
regeneration. Optimum effect on the hoof quality is
achieved through synergistic reactions between
biotin, sulfur-containing amino acids, zinc, vitamin
A, special calcium salts and selected marine algae.
Long-term administration of 20 g of Hoof Synbiotin
per animal per day provides a 500 to 600 kg horse
with the scientifically recommended daily intake of
20 mg of biotin.
